We have been working with our planner and vendors to ensure that we will be following the most current CDC guidelines during the wedding weekend. Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us and we are confident that we will have a safe environment for everyone. We will continue to monitor the guidelines and provide updates here. - All event staff will be wearing masks. - Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided to all guests should they choose to wear one. - We will provide each guest with a wristband signaling to other guests what their social distancing comfort level will be for the event. (For example: Green wrist band indicates individual is okay with hugs and handshakes. Yellow wrist band indicates individual is okay with talking but not touching. Red wrist band indicates individual is keeping their distance.) - Each guest will have their temperature taken upon entering the venue. Any guest that has a temperature will not be permitted to attend. - The CDC has issued guidelines limiting the number of guests that may be in attendance based on venue square footage. The number of guests we have invited is less than maximum number allowed under the CDC guidelines. - The majority of our venue is outside, with the exception of some food stations and restrooms that will be located inside the William Aiken House. - Our cocktail hour and reception will be station style, so there will be no assigned seating and plenty of room to spread out depending on each guest's comfort level. - All bars and stations will have plexi-glass guards installed to protect against cross contamination.
