It was the beginning of a lifelong friendship. The next year I joined Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and became Kati's little sister, so we are also sisters for life, too.

I met Yang during my freshman year in college. We became travel buddies and have taken annual trips since Yang left Auburn. The trips to the Midwest conference in Chicago and Yankees games in NYC are unforgettable. Beneath his rough exterior, you'll find someone kind who will always be in your corner.

I met Chris (and later Cain Anne) through mutual friends in band while in college. Chris and I immediately hit it off. Weekends at the old lake house, spring break trips, mancation, and the occasional trip up to Birmingham forged a friendship that has endured even though we haven't lived in the same city for 6 years. Together Chris and Cain Anne form an unstoppable team, that I would trust under any circumstance. I consider myself fortunate to have met both of them.
