Haley and Ashley met at a Disney World bus stop. The bus that was supposed to take them to Epcot where they worked was running late and Haley noticed Ashley was wearing the same "costume" and asked if she wanted to split a taxi (yes a taxi because it was 2015) so they wouldn't be late. Ashley thought that was extremely dramatic and when she declined Haley thought "wow that girl doesn't care about her job." Over the next few weeks Haley and Ashley saw each other more and more at work, making each other laugh while restocking Mickey Mouse crocs and ringing up Donald Duck keychains.

Ashley made the first move (big surprise) and asked Haley out on a date to Epcot to drink around the world. Haley cluelessly invited another friend along but sparks flew when Ashley grabbed Haley's hand to stop her from getting run over by a stroller during the Magic Kingdom Fireworks. Later both parties could be found tweeting embarrassing song lyrics to get the other's attention.

Haley and Ashley took a vacation back to Disney World in 2018 after living together in Michigan for a several years. Little did they know, they BOTH had plans to propose during their visit to Epcot where they met and fell in love. No one was sweating more than their friends who all knew about both secret proposals. Haley got down on one knee first and 20 minutes later after a beer and 200 yard walk Ashley popped the question.
