Answer

Buffet-style catering will be served with vegan, vegetarian, and non-dairy options. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be supplied.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We will have a shuttle service planned from the Silver Cloud to the venue, which will leave 30 minutes prior to the start of festivities at 2:30PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking available at the venue, to include street parking and a small lot.

Kids are welcome! Please bring your entire family to celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As there is no formal ceremony, please arrive anytime after 3 and stay as long as you want. We have the venue until 10pm.
