There is no parking at the venue. Off-site parking is at the Middendorf Funeral Home (morbid, we know) ... and a 5- minute shuttle will take you to the venue. Middendorf Funeral Home: 3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017 The shuttle will start running at 3:30PM and the last one will leave the off-site location at 4:15PM.
Thank you!! We love that you made this choice (especially if you plan to drink). Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15PM - and earlier is even better. You can either set your drop-off location to the Middendorf Funeral Home and conveniently shuttle over (see previous FAQ) or have the Uber drop you off near the start of the driveway (there will be a sign!) and make the 3-minute walk into the venue.
Yes! After the ceremony, the shuttle will run every 30 minutes until 11:30PM.
If you know you will be staying for the after-party, please plan to Uber - the safest option.
If you are feeling at all unwell or under the weather, we ask that you reconsider attending the wedding. We will miss you, but want everyone to be safe. Although we will be outdoors, masks are certainly welcome and social distancing will be possible. Please text Haley or Weston if you can't attend.
The dress code is semi-formal. That means tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits, midi dresses and pantsuits. We love a moment to dress up, so encourage you to do so! Bring all the colors, patterns and brightness. Our vision for the wedding was an ethereal garden party, bright and fresh, so use that for your inspo! If you wish to wear heels - keep in mind that there is gravel and grass! No jeans please :)
Your kiddos have become an integral part of our lives. While we love the time we spend with them, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
We chose not to arrange a hotel block because a majority of our guests are in Cincinnati. On the travel & accommodations page, you can see our list of favorite hotels. We will be staying at Hotel Covington after the wedding.
We chose to be very intentional with our guest list in order to keep the wedding small (ish) and intimate. If your invite does not include "and guest" or an additional guest, we just want you!
