Thursday: Rehearsal Dinner
TIME: 7:00pm
LOCATION: Delirium Café 101 King St, Leesburg VA 20175 ATTIRE: dressy jumpsuits, sundress and button-up shirts, optional blazer and slacks.
Friday: Ceremony
TIME: 9:30AM
LOCATION: Bears Den ATTIRE: Hiking clothing, hiking shoes (bridal party pictures will be done at reception venue) NOTES: Bear’s Den is roughly 20 minute drive from hotel. Ceremony is for immediate family and bridal party only. It is a relatively easy out and back 1.6 mile total hike (includes both ways). After hike, plan to go back to hotel to get ready for reception. DIRECTIONS/ PARKING: We suggest car-pooling if possible but there is plenty of parking. You can use All Trails link below and click on directions to get to parking lot OR you can put in these coordinates into google maps: 39°06'55.7"N 77°50'49.8"W which will also take you there. Bridal party pictures
TIME: 3pm
NOTE: Shuttle will pick up bridal party at 2:15pm at Homewood Suites LOCATION: Vanish Brewing 42245 Black Hops Lane ATTIRE: Ladies wearing some shade of sage green (solid or floral), guys wearing blue suites NOTES: We have reserved his/hers bridal suites on site for people to hang at during pictures. There will 1000% be alcohol served for bridal party during pictures before cocktail hour officially begins at 4pm.
Reception
TIME: 4-9pm
Pending weather there will be yard games and fire pits. Enjoy! Be sure to get on the correct shuttle back to hotel! Wondering about after party? Same. TBD.
