We're Getting Married!

Like any good adventure story; they all have thrills, risks, highs and lows, but most importantly - love. This has been the foundation to Jake and Haleigh's journey. Unknowingly to Jake and Haleigh, they grew up right next to each other, went to the same high school, and even had some of the same friends. Luckily, one of those friends finally introduced them. From that moment on, there wasn't anything keeping them apart. Slowly, their relationship blossomed and grew into a true partnership that one values for a lifetime.

"Haleigh was under the assumption our families were gathering at Sugar Creek Winery for a Mother's Day brunch. Once everyone was gathered, I was so nervous - I had to keep my hands in my pockets so Haleigh couldn't tell I was sweating. I wasn't nervous for the decision I have made in choosing my partner in life, nor for having to ask her considering my plan was flawless. The nervousness came from worrying that her family was going to accidentally blow the secret but miraculously, they didn't! One of the big things that I know about Haleigh is how she values family and I knew that she would need them by her side on this day. After leading Haleigh towards the winery balcony, our families dropped the sign that read "Will You Marry Me?". As she read the banner, I dropped to one knee and asked her to give me the honor of being my wife. She of course accepted!".
