Hailey had recently attended a good friend’s wedding where she participated in a new trend to pull charms from their wedding cake. As she was surrounded by her newly married friends, Hailey pulled the charm and at the end it read “you will meet the man of your dreams”. About a year earlier, Hailey had started her nursing journey at Our Lady of the Lake where she worked alongside Anastasia. A few nights after she returned home from the wedding, she received a call from her former preceptor (Anastasia). As we now know it was only the Holy Spirit that led Anastasia to call Hailey, she then asked if she was dating then said “I have someone I want you to meet, it’s my son.” Hailey was caught by surprise, but was certainly open to the idea. Hailey and Dalvin exchanged numbers and started communicating. At the time Dalvin was serving in the United States Marine Corps based in Cherry Point, North Carolina. After long distance road trips and spending valuable time love started to grow. During the time of dating, Hailey and Dalvin attended a BBQ with some friends. After that event Dalvin asked Hailey to visit his dad with him the next day and thats the day she knew he would be the man of her dreams. As life went on Hailey went on to pursue a travel nurse career & Dalvin went on to further his education. And their time for each other grew apart. But when God creates soulmates nothing or no one can separate them. So the Flame was reignited and Love rekindled. After 4 years of dating their journey continues…
