Yes! There are several options for those choosing to stay overnight at the venue. There is the lodge, which has several rooms with bunk beds. The lodge also has heat, a kitchen that is free to use (as long as you are mindful of others and clean up after yourself), and shared single person bathrooms. There are several cabins and old houses around the campground for guests to choose from. These buildings do not have heat, but the campground does have portable heaters guests can use. These buildings also do not have their own bathrooms, so guests would have to walk to the camp bathrooms. Lastly, there is a large lodging building with small connecting rooms. These rooms are fairly small. As with the cabins and houses, this building does not have heat or bathrooms. Each option has campground style mattresses that are a blue plastic like material. Lodging will be first come first serve. However, if you require special accommodations, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you. For example, if you have trouble walking and therefore would like to be close to a bathroom.
No. Guests are required to bring their own bedding, sleeping bags, pillows, and anything else they may need for a goodnights sleep. Beds are twin size, but anything larger can be used in a pinch.
Yes! And this is highly encouraged. While we will try to provide some food for certain times of the day (i.e. breakfast the day of the wedding), we cannot guarantee it will be enough for all guests or will be things everyone likes. There's one full kitchen for guest use in the Lodge. Space is limited, so please coordinate with the brides and their parties. If you plan to use the kitchen, please be courteous and clean up any mess or dishes leftover.
Yes! Multiple bathrooms are available at the campground. The Lodge has separate one-person bathrooms. The dining hall has two separate bathrooms (will not be available prior to the ceremony the day of the wedding). Lastly, two main bathroom buildings will be available for guest use throughout the weekend. Showers are only available at the two main bathrooms.
The ceremony will be held outdoors in a clearing. Proper footwear will be needed to walk through a forest trail to get to the ceremony space. The appetizer hour and reception will be held indoors.
If it rains on the day of the wedding, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Guests will be directed to that location when they arrive at the venue.
No! As per campground rules, no alcohol, drugs, or tobacco use are permitted.
No! As a couple, we've made the decision to not allow children at the wedding. We will not be making exceptions to this rule. We apologize if this hinders you from attending.
Yes, with an exception! Guests are welcome to take and post pictures on social media; however, we are asking that you do not post anything of the brides in their wedding outfits until after the brides have already posted. Any pictures of the venue, decorations, yourselves, or the brides in normal clothes are okay. Please do not tag anybody in social media unless you have prior approval from the tagged party.
