When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

We kindly request that you submit your RSVP by July 15 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. This ensures we will have enough time to communicate with all of our vendors within a respectful timeframe. If no RSVP is submitted, we will assume you will be unable to join us on our special day.

What if I am unable to attend?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will NOT attend" in the RSVP tab. If you have already RSPV'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Hailey at (509) 701-1677 or Ryan at (720) 530-9920. For guests that would still like to tune in to our wedding, a YouTube Live Link will be available for the ceremony. Link to come.

Where do I mail gifts and cards?

Answer

Since the invitations have gone out, we have both moved. The new address is: 1419 Red Mountain Drive, Unit #110 Longmont, CO 80504

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Willow Ridge Manor located at 4903 Willow Springs Rd, Morrison, CO 80465. Following the ceremony, we will move inside to enjoy food and an evening of dancing.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that you please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to "{your name} & Guest", you have been given a plus one and are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. Thank you for understanding.

Can we bring our kid(s)?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. If we were unable to accommodate your children, please enjoy the date night on us and make childcare arrangements for the day of our wedding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting a cocktail attire dress code. We kindly ask No shorts, No jeans, and No white dresses. The ceremony will be outdoors. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue is on private property and there are parking spaces available which should be enough for all of our guests; however, it is first come first serve. If you plan to drink, we do encourage using a rideshare company such as Uber or Lyft. If you drive to our wedding and decide to take a rideshare company home, you will be able to leave your car overnight and must pick it up before noon the following day.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us! We will have signature drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine. Please coordinate transportation accordingly if you plan on drinking and get ready to celebrate with us!

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have hors-d'oeuves in the form of a charcuterie board during cocktail hour. A buffet style Taco Bar dinner will be served during our reception.

Will there be hotel accommodations?

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony, therefore, we kindly ask you do not take any pictures during our ceremony. However, we highly encourage photos and videos during our reception. We want photos and videos captured from our day, especially from our friends and families point of view. We will have a QR code displayed at our reception that is linked to a shared google photo album for easy photo/video sharing.
