When should I RSVP by?

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We will be having a welcome party the night before the wedding (Tuesday, 6/24/25) as well as some other fun activities that day and the day before.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The only dress code will be for the actual ceremony and reception. We request that guests wear summer formal attire in any color besides white. If you’d like to be on theme, the wedding colors are pastels! Please note that the ceremony and reception will be taking place on the grass so pointed heels may be difficult to walk in.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We would love for everyone to stay with us at the venue, the Chalet View Lodge. Please book your rooms at least 60 days in advance (they allow a down payment to book the room prior to full payment).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know of any allergies or food restrictions you may have so we can make sure a plate is provided for you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Your little ones are very much welcome to join us for the three days of festivities. We will have a child care option for kids ages 2 and up available the day of the wedding in a nearby building with vetted and interviewed babysitters. The sitters will be there from start of ceremony (5) until around 11 pm. There’ll be movies, dinner, and activities provided for the kiddos.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless it specifically states that you have a guest available on your invitation, we request that you don’t bring a plus one.

Is there parking? EV charging?

Answer

The lodge provides plenty of parking for all guests. They also provide EV charging (Tesla destination chargers) for those that may need it.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Answer

Yes! We will be bringing our dog, Sienna, and you’re welcome to bring your furry friends as well. We do request that they hang out in your hotel room/cabin during the events. Please also acknowledge that there is a pet fee of $50 per night.
