OBX Seafood Festival
This is one of Troy and I's favorite events that happens every year, and this year happens to be on our wedding day! It is right down the street from the venue and there is live music, food trucks, shopping, and games. The festival opens at 10 AM, so is a perfect activity for the morning before the wedding! Tickets are $20 which includes getting $10 back in beverage/merchandise vouchers!
Bluegrass Island Music Festival
The Bluegrass Island Music Festival is one of the biggest music festivals on the beach! It is October 16th - October 20th and has events going on all weekend in Manteo for it! You do have to buy tickets for specific days so make sure to go to the website to check that out if you're interested!
Beach day
You're in the Outer Banks, go on over to the beach to go swimming, get a tan, or throw a line in the water!
Swells'a Brewing Company
Local brewery that we love to go to, dog friendly too!
Jockeys Ridge Sand Dunes
Go for a walk/hike up the sand dunes at Jockeys Ridge for a fun outside activity!
Downtown Manteo
We love walking around downtown Manteo to grab a coffee and do some shopping. Can also walk along the dock on the waterfront!
