The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 so we recommend arriving and finding your seat by 5:20 at the latest. The museum closes to the public at 5:00pm and guests can begin arriving then.
The art museum has a large parking lot that should be able to accommodate everyone. Additional parking can be found in the adjacent lot across from Seasongood Pavilion. FYI - If you leave your car overnight it must be retrieved by 10am the next morning or it is subject to towing.
Semi-formal/cocktail/dressy casual attire is preferred. Typically for women this means a knee or midi length dress, dressy separates or a jumpsuit. For men a button down and blazer or a matching suit is acceptable. We want everyone to be comfortable. If you want to lean into the colorful Spring vibes we'd love that! Embrace the fun of the venue and wear some color or some pattern :)
We are requesting that our guests respect our unplugged ceremony and do not take photos or videos during it. We have hired a wonderful photography team to be in charge of capturing all of those memories for us. Feel free to take photos during cocktail hour, and the reception!
We respectfully ask that you please leave the littles at home and enjoy a kid-free night out!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will say "and guest" if you have been allotted a plus one. Please do not bring additional people as our venue has a strict capacity limit which can not flex.
Our venue closes at midnight with last call at 11:30pm. Nearby in Mount Adams there is the Blind Lemon bar, Hi-Fi, Crowley's Irish Pub, and you'll be just a short ways away from all the nightlife downtown has to offer.
We chose not to reserve a hotel block since so many of our family and friends are local to the area. If you would like to stay in a hotel there are many options nearby. Please see the 'Where to Stay' tab for some ideas.
