Living in the world of online of dating you guessed it we met online. We found ourselves talking all day and night about anything and everything. As the conversations went on and talk of the Green Bay Packers and Star Wars came up we found out that there was to much of a connection to just dismiss it. We had our first date at a rock climbing place after that first date, the rest was history.

Just after leaving Sunken Gardens in St. Pete Beach, we decided to go explore Weedon Island Preserve. While we were walking along the secluded boardwalks on a perfect Florida summer day not a cloud in the sky and a nice hot 95 degrees we came to a hidden lagoon area. After admiring the beauty of it all, I started to walk away to continue down the boardwalk when I hear Chris say "so I don't want to be that corny person." When I go to to turn around he has the ring box out. Chris gets down on one knee and just kneels there looking at me and saying nothing. I am standing there looking at him and say" Are you going to ask me anything?" He simple replies with "Marry me? " and as you can tell that was the beginning to everything.
