Olivia Mattern
Bride
Olivia is the love of Nathan's whole world. She will be turning 21 years old only seven days before the wedding. She and Nathan have a five year old doxin named Chewbacca together who is their greatest treasure. Olivia graduated from Hartford High School in 2016 and went on to become a Nanny to four beautiful girls and recently a little boy. All four girls (Annora 8, Evelynn 6, Cadence 4, and Danielle 3) will be flower girls in the wedding. (Baby boy Warren was recently added to the family on July 23, 2018 for anyone who is curious.) Olivia couldn't imagine a day without Nathan and has loved him since she was eleven years old! Talk about history together!
Nathan Guarino
Groom
Nathan is a wonderful man who at a young age moved from his hometown in Colorado, to Vermont to live with his father. Nathan attended Hartford where he met his best friend Forrest (and Forrests sister). Nathan graduated high school in 2014 and went on to work at Springfield Automart where he now works as a Service Technician. He loves to play guitar, camp, hike, fish, and build things. He will be twenty -three at the wedding. He has a strong love for his animals Arlo, Chewbacca, and Rajah. Nathan beyond excited to continue his journey with his new wife by his side for all of it.
Luke Mattern
Father of the Bride
Luke is one of the greatest men you will ever meet. He is kind, funny, generous, and full of love. He went to college to be a tugboat captain and shortly after finding out he will be a father, he up and quit so he could be with his family more. He went on to be a car salesman and now, twenty years later is a manager of a very successful dealership. His family loves him so much and are grateful for his presence every day. He is a kid at heart and makes any adventure a fun one! We love you Dad!!!
Noel Guarino
Father of the Groom
Noel lives in Sharon, Vermont with his wife Kristine, who he likes to play Billiards with as a hobby. He also enjoys spending time with Kristine’s kids, Jess, Briana, and Jonny. He has one dog named Buster and also cares for Briana’s cat Duke.
Jennifer Mattern
Mother of the Bride
Jennifer is one of the coolest Moms out there! For most of most of the years she was a stay at home mom. She took Forrest, Olivia and Odin to lakes, and ponds to swim, let them play outside every day, she created a family for them out of her best friends and their kids that they now can’t live without, and always made sure there was a home-cooked meal on the table. Jen is so outgoing, she always has the best ideas, she is creative, compassionate, and is amazingly patient even when she probably shouldn’t be. The Mattern family would be disfunctional without her. She is one of our greatest blessings. Love you to the moon and back Mom!
Marcy Miramon
Mother of the Groom
Marcy is such an amazing Mom! She and Todd (her husband) have five kids who are all (mostly) grown up and out of the house. Yet living thousands of miles away, she still manages to keep in touch, help when needed, visit when able to, and still hold a job of her own. She is so caring and down to earth. She is easily missed when she’s not around and she makes you feel so warm and cozy inside when she is. She’s got that Mom touch. Marcy currently lives in California with Todd until his two kids graduate and then they will be moving to Arizona. We are so thankful she is able to fly in for the wedding and are SO SO SO excited that we will have ten days with her!! Love you Momma!
Kali Covell
Bridesmaid of Honor
Kali will officially be Olivia and Nathan's sister-in-law on April 28, 2019. She easily fell in love with Forrest (Olivia's brother, Nathan's best friend and best man) therefore she has chosen to become a role in the Mattern family household as not only a future wife but also a sister, and daughter. This wedding could not be complete without her. Congrats on your big day Kali and Fo!
Forrest Mattern
Best Man
Forrest is Nathan’s best friend since the 7th Grade. He graduated High School in 2014 and went on to attend Johnson State college graduating in 2018. He is engaged to his fiancé Kali Covell who is a bridesmaid in the wedding. He loves photography, food, and is an AMAZING artist. Forrest is also Olivia’s oldest brother.
Abby Nelson
Bridesmaid of Honor
Abby is Olivia's cousin who she considers more like a sister. Abby lives in Maine in her recently bought home with her soon-to-be husband Kevin Smith. Abby will be married on September 22, 2018 and has also included Olivia as one of her bridesmaids. Abby is a Nelson now but will be a Smith at the wedding! Congrats to her and her fiancé!
Odin Mattern
Groomsman
Odin is Olivia’s youngest brother. He graduated High School this year in June and is going on to attend Johnson State College for graphic design. Odin is a huge Star Wars fan and even has his own massive collection in the basement. It’s practically a museum. We love you odin!
Marie Gardner
Bridesmaid of Honor
Marie is Olivia's oldest cousin by thirteen years. Marie married Justin Gardner in 2013. Resides in their home in Maine with Justin and their sweet little Dachshund Daphne. Marie is sisters with bridesmaids Abby and Megan.

A long time friend of the Matterns soon became a very close friend of Nathan when he moved here. It’s no surprise he is a part of the wedding! Justin graduated the same year as Forrest and Nate and went on to college in Maine. He loves sports and is going on to become a Physical Therapist.
Robin Lyman
Bridesmaid of Honor
Robin is one of Olivia's many Aunts. Robin has a very important role in Olivia's life. She has been Olivia's outlet, has been company when lonely, and has become one of her best friends over the years. Robin is also mother of Flower girl Madilyn Lyman.
Brent Nicholas

Brent is more like a father figure to Nathan. They met when working together at Springfield Automart and is now one of Nathans strongest relationships in life. Brent has always been reliable, an ear to vent to and a best friend. Brent has seven boys of his own and live with his wife Danielle and his two youngest ..... and ....
Alyssa Westlake
Bridesmaid of Honor
Alyssa is Nathan's oldest sister. She lives in Texas with her Husband Sam (Groomsman), her two kiddos Hazel and Zeek (Flower Girl and Ring Bearer), and her and Nate's youngest sibling Sierra (Also a Bridesmaid of Honor). Olivia couldn't imagine getting married to her brother without her being an important role in their big day!

Sierra is Nathans little sister. Olivia and Sierra met in April of 2016 when Olivia flew into Colorado with Nate to meet the family for the first time. Sierra is going on her Junior year of high school. She lives in Texas with her sister Alyssa, Brother-in-law Samuel, and her niece and nephew, Hazel an Zeek.

Brady is one of Nathans friends. He unfortunately is not able to attend the wedding but we would like to acknowledge that he is still one of our groomsman, there or not. Brady has been close friends with Nathan, Forrest and Justin for years and is very important to us! We will miss you dearly Brady!

Megan is Olivia's newest cousin. She has felt like family for years but has only recently become true family through marrying Olivia's cousin Kyle. Megan lives in Portland Maine with Kyle and their boxer Daximus. Megan is also sisters with bridesmaids Abby, and Marie.

This little man is going to be one stinking cute ring bearer! He LOVES cars! and is very smart and inquisitive. He is very sweet too and communicative beyond his years! Uncle Nathan looks forward to seeing this little man strut down the aisle with the wedding bands!
Kaitlyn Shinn
Bridesmaid of Honor
Kaitlyn and Olivia became friends in the first grade. Since then they have become best friends through lots of thick and lots of thin. No matter how angry they can get at each other, they always seem to naturally drift back to one another. They now live three hours apart but still keep in touch. They are more like sisters. They even got to travel abroad and got to know the beautiful land of Greece together back in their junior year of high school.

Annora is the oldest of the girls Olivia nannies. She is such a sweet, fun, intelligent little girl. Some of her favorite things to do it swim, play outside and she loves arts and crafts like, beeswax molding and finger knitting.
Danielle Duncklee

Danielle is another one of the five Olivia watches. She is the youngest of the girls and she one of the sassiest! She LOVES her crackers, baby dolls, and movies.

The second oldest of the Duncklee family. Evelynn is such a sweet girl. She is always taking care of her sisters, she loves to relax and color, she is Olivia's big helper! She will definitely be of help getting the younger girls down the isle!
Cadence Duncklee

The cutest little monster there is... this little girl is the middle child. She is going to grow up to be a class clown without a doubt, she is always making someone laugh! She will be the limit pusher, and yet still have your heart. One of her favorite things to do is that one thing you told her not to. She is one strong and intellegent little girl.
Hazel Westlake

Hazel is a beautiful little girl who is an adventurous snuggle bug who is also very sweet. She is walking and talking and loves to keep up with big brother Zeek. We can’t wait to see her in that cute little dress!
Madilyn Lyman

Madilyn is Olivia's cousin (though she calls Olivia and Nate, Aunty and Uncle because they are closer in age to Mommy than her) She is a single child who lives with Mom and Dad. Madilyn is SO excited to be a part of Aunty and Uncles wedding, she talks about it every time they see her. We loves you Madi-Moo!

Christal Trombly- Christal is like a second mother to Olivia. She is Jennifer’s long time best friend. Christal has been fully involved in the planning/decorating of the wedding. She was around when Olivia said “YES” to the dress and we couldn’t imagine this day without her. Todd Mirimon- Todd is Nate’s stepfather. He has fully supported the couple from the beginning and has contributed to the rehearsal dinner. Thank you Todd for loving us through the good and the bad! We are so happy you are a part of our lives. Love you! Heidi St. Peter- Heidi has become a very important role in Olivia and now Nathan’s life. She has been in full support of the couple from day one and has been around to help plan, collect things, and set up for the wedding. We don’t know what we would do without her!
