Welcome Event at Mammoth Brewing Company

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This is a casual event, but feel free to dress up to your comfort level!

Following the rehearsal dinner (for the bridal party and immediate family), the Beer Cellar venue will transition to a "Welcome Event" that other wedding guests in town are welcome to attend. At that time, guests will be able to individually purchase food and drinks from Mammoth Brewing Co.'s menu via QR code on their cell phones.

Ceremony and Reception

2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The wedding is at a campground, but we're still dressing classy! Please check the forecast and be prepared to dress for the weather! Sunset is around 7 p.m. and it will get cold quickly. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and classy. Sturdy shoes are recommended (we highly discourage stilettos).

- Ceremony from 2:00pm-3:00pm - Cocktail hour and yard games to follow from 3:00pm-4:00pm - Reception from 4:00pm-10:00pm *For those staying in Mammoth Lakes, carpooling to the wedding location is encouraged! Drive time between Mammoth Lakes and the Aspen Group Campground is about 25 minutes. There will be no guest parking at the site but there is a parking lot approximately one mile further up Rock Creek Road. A shuttle van will be continuously available to transport guests between the parking lot and the wedding site.
