What airport should we fly into?

Answer

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) located in Fort Myers. It is a 35-45 minute drive to LaPlaya Resort. The airport is very small and user friendly. You can easily get an Uber/Lyft to the resort or rent a car onsite at the airport if you would like.

Will all wedding festivities be onsite at La Playa?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony, Cocktails, Dinner, and Dancing will all be onsite at LaPlaya.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Beach Formal/Resort Formal - We kindly request that our guests dress in polished attire that reflects the joyful spirit of our celebration. Please consider wearing bright and vibrant attire or light, airy colors to complement the ambiance of the day. We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best as we celebrate together! This is not a black-tie affair, we kindly request no tuxedos, nor shorts or jeans.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony, Cocktails, and Dinner will be outdoors followed by dancing and partying indoors.

Is there a room block/special room rate for wedding guests?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at LaPlaya. Please note that space is limited, so be sure to book in advance to reserve your room at the discounted group rate.
