Shuttle Info, Travel, & Lodging

If you're traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into SFO or OAK. We have secured a block rate at the Argonaut Hotel in San Francisco, which will have a charter bus to and from the wedding venue in Sausalito. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4:00 PM. Return shuttles to The Argonaut will be available at 9:30 PM, 11:10 PM, and 12:30 AM. Guests are welcome to stay at The Argonaut or any accommodations they'd prefer. Those who prefer not staying at The Argonaut are still welcome to take the shuttle to the venue and back to the city. The block rate for The Argonaut Hotel has now closed. Please reach out to them directly if you're interested in booking a room.

Wedding Day Shuttle Timeline

May 4, 2024 3:45 pm - 12:30 am

3:45pm: Guests begin to load shuttles at Hotel Argonaut – pickup location is in the white zone on Hyde (between Beach and Jefferson Streets) 4:00pm: Shuttles promptly depart for Cavallo Point. Please note: shuttle will not wait for latecomers 9:30pm: Early shuttle departure from Cavallo Point back to SF (drop off at Hotel Argonaut) 11:00pm: Reception ends/afterparty begins 11:10pm: Shuttle departs for Hotel Argonaut 12:30am: Afterparty ends – final shuttle departs (drop off at Hotel Argonaut)
