Yes, we would love for our guests to dress up with us! We kindly request that all guest wear BLACK semi-formal attire (with the exception of mens white dress shirts). For the ladies, we would suggest a black floor length, midi, or cocktail dress, or a matching set. For the gentlemen, we would suggest a dress shirt and slacks, or a suit. Need inspiration? The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. So, we highly recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings. Doors will open for guest arrival at 4:30pm.
We absolutely love your kids! However, aside from the children in the wedding party, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults-only events due to the space constraints and open bar.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. All guests invited to the wedding will be named on the formal invitation, and will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Please go to the "RSVP" tab at the top of the page. From there, you will type in your full name and search. Once your name is shown, please select "will attend" or "will not attend" for yourself and your party. Additionally, we ask that you please let us know of any food allergies (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, specific nut allergy, etc.) so we can pass the information along to the caterers.
We request that all guests RSVP by June 22nd, 2024. Otherwise, those who have not sent in their RSVP will be marked as a "will not attend". If you do not reply by the RSVP date, we will miss you but need to provide our vendors with an accurate headcount. Thank you for understanding this is an urgent matter!
Parking is free on site, so when you enter the parking lot, please turn left immediately and find a space! The spaces closest to the ceremony and reception location will be located on the opposite side of the lot from the driving range, at the north end of the venue. If you choose to ride share, your driver can drop you off at the entrance of the welcome foyer, located at the north end of the venue. There will be signs along the golf club pointing all guests to the our welcome area!
The ceremony will begin at 5pm, followed by cocktail hour for a hosted open bar, hors d'oeuvres, & games. At 6:45pm, guests will be shown to the reception space, and a full dinner will be served, followed by dessert & dancing.
