Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day, relax, and enjoy the evening off!

What time should we be there?

Seating for the ceremony will begin at 3:30pm

What are the safety measures taken by the venue?

Answer

All Hawks view staff will be wearing masks and gloves. All food and drink will be served to you. We will have hand sanitizer throughout the venue and encourage anyone who would like to wear a mask to do so, however it is not mandatory.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked off rooms at three different hotels in the area. Details can be found under the Travel tab.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes. Hawks View Golf Club has plenty of parking in their lot.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony in the same space as the ceremony outdoors. You will then be ushered into the reception space when dinner is ready to be served.

Will anything be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors under a covered terrace, as well as cocktail hour. Then the reception will be indoors.

Has transport been arranged?

Due to having multiple hotel blocks please feel free to Uber, carpool, or drive over to and from the venue.
