Best Man
Monty saw first-hand how much love there was between Greg and Maymie. Monty was Greg's roommate for 4 years; Monty helped Greg throw a Halloween Party just so Greg could invite Maymie to something and spend some time together, heard Greg talk about Maymie constantly, and always supported Greg and Maymie's growth together. He is an amazing friend and a terrific person, and both Greg and Maymie could not be happier with him as our Best Man.
Joshua (Josh) Stilwell

Josh and Greg have been close since they were 8 years old. A hundred sleepovers, a thousand little league baseball games, and a million laughs later, they are still as close as ever, and Greg often speaks of how fortunate he is to be friends with such a great person, for over twenty years. Josh is an amazing husband and father, but still finds time to be a fantastic friend, for which Greg is forever grateful.
Ryan Cousins

Greg has known Ryan for almost 20 years, and you wont find many friends who love and care for their friends the way Ryan does. From sleepovers to little league games, Ryan has been there for so many of Greg's major life events, and although there is literal distance between them currently, they will always be close. Greg feels so thankful they have stayed so close for all these years and have had so many good times together.
Ray Gonzalez

Ray and Greg became quick friends through Coldstone, and Ray introduced Greg to many other great friends at Coldstone (many of which are his Groomsmen). Most importantly though, Greg met Maymie through Coldstone, and that never could have happened if Ray wasn't a fun, welcoming, and a solid friend in an otherwise uninspiring job. To this day he will drop what he is doing to lend a hand, and has always been there for Greg and Maymie when needed.
Nathaniel (Nate) Marsh

Another friend Greg met through Coldstone, Nate is the definition of personality. His loud laugh and huge smile make for a great friend and roommate, and they will always be bonded by their tragic housefire. Nate will drop whatever he's doing - like prepping for Mothers Day on that Sunday - to get a part for Greg's swamp cooler - without thinking twice. There are few people like Nate, and Greg feels so fortunate to have been friends with him for all these years.
Janek Turk

Greg and Janek both attended the same Coldstone interviews, and Janek had a hilarious answer for why he wanted to work at the store he did. About 2 years later, we end up at the same Coldstone, and Greg found him just as quirky and funny as he did 2 years prior. Janek has a brain like a computer, and a heart made of gold. Greg feels so fortunate to have known someone as kind and fun as Janek for all these years.
Steven Jaramillo

The funniest person Greg has ever met, who never tells a single joke. Steven puts people in a good mood just by being himself, and is always there when you ask him to be. Steven is the guy you always enjoy being around, until the Packers lose to the 49ers, and then you are going to want to put your phone in another room for a while.

Zoey and Maymie have been besties since middle school in Tatum, NM. They started out by playing best friends in Hairspray, and ended up being even closer than Tracy and Penny. Even through living in different states, they have made it a priority to visit each other every year. Zoey is not only an incredible friend, but is also an amazing mother and has a beautiful family. Maymie can’t believe that she’s found a partner in crime who will always sing Girls Just Wanna Have Fun with her, no matter where they end up!
Britney Harvey

Brittney and Maymie were friends the instant they met in college over 10 years ago. They bonded over their love of dance and their zest for life. They have had many adventures since then, spanning from New Orleans to California. Maymie admires Brittney not only for her incredible dance skills, but for her patience, kindness, and intelligence. Maymie doesn’t know how she nabbed a friend so smart and so caring, but she’s glad she did!
Elena Padilla

Elena is Greg’s sister, and Maymie’s soon to be sister in law, and boy did Maymie luck out. Elena has been there for Greg and Maymie’s entire relationship and has been more than welcoming, giving, and warm. Elena is not only beautiful, but incredibly intelligent. Maymie can’t wait to have the sister she always wanted!

Kir and Maymie have been friends since they had theatre class together in college. They survived the class, and made a lifetime friendship because of it! Kir has been a “soul friend” to Maymie and it’s clear they have led many lives together. Kir is always there for an impromptu singalong or a boba tea trip, and instantly makes Maymie’s day better. Maymie loves that she has a friend who is so intuitive, funny, and loving!

Jessica and Maymie have known each other since they were 3 years old when they first started dance classes. Jessica has been there since the start of Maymie and Greg’s relationship to offer advice and excitement. Jessica is the most hard working person Maymie and Greg know and is always there to lend a helping hand. Her caring nature, charisma, and style cannot be matched, and Maymie can’t believe she lucked out with a friend like her!
Alex Uranga

Alex and Maymie met in college when they were in the same musical, The Wedding Singer. Their love for theatre and boba tea brought them together and their care and admiration for each other has kept them friends for over a decade. Alex is smart, passionate, and honest- all values she instills in her two beautiful children. Maymie is lucky to have a friend who she can laugh for hours with, but can also call when she needs an honest opinion. The years to come are bound to lead to even more laughter and love between these friends!
