Transportation provided from Hotel Viking only.
Bus will arrive at hotel at 4:45pm for guests to begin boarding. Bus will depart at 5pm.

Leave for Glen Manor 5:00pm

Ceremony 5:30pm

Cocktail Hour 6:00pm

Dinner 7:30pm

Dancing & Dessert 8:45pm

The first bus trip back to the hotel will depart at 10:25pm. The band will make an announcement at 10:20pm for anyone who would like to take this bus.

Everyone is invited to join us after the reception at a bar in downtown Newport. The bus will first stop at the hotel and then continue to the bar. This will be within 10 minutes walking to the hotel.
