Shuttle buses will pick up and drop off from here on the day of the wedding so that you can have fun without worrying about driving! You can either call the hotel and tell them you are booking under the Kirchner-Fournier Wedding Room Block at 413-738-5500 ext. 6201 or use the link provided below. If booking online, us the website link provided and use the code (“Lodging & Real Estate” tab, then click “Book Lodging online”. It will ask for the dates, then “Add Special Code” then “Group Code”- this is where the code goes; 29V4L9 - then click search). Code must be used to stay for both 6/6 and 6/7 and will not work outside of those dates. If trying to stay longer, call the hotel to have them help you book.
