Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is parking along the front of the St. Clare Convent and extra parking around the back down the hill. For the reception, there is parking in the front of The Willow Event Hall. Cars are welcome to stay parked there over night and picked up Sunday 28th morning if taking the Yellow Bus or finding an Uber.

If coming from the ceremony, exit on Colerain Ave exit 20 from Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway. Take a left at the exit light and then soon on your right you will see an Advanced Auto Parts. Immediately after will be a small white sign that reads "Willow Event Center", turn right there.

We respectfully request no children under 12 unless specifically named in invitations.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 13th. Can be completed through mailed invites or in menu bar under RSVP. If requesting a hotel room, please reserve your room by February 6th. Can do this by going to Hotel & Transport in the menu bar.

Please reserve your room by February 6th. Check-ins are open at 4:30pm. Can reserve by going to Hotel & Transport in the menu bar. Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The registry is in the above menu bar where it features Macy, Amazon, and Bed Bath and Beyond. If choosing to purchase a gift from the registry, it is important to manually select that the item was purchased to help inform other guests. Update as of April 24th - Claire received notice that BB&B is closing; please disregard gifts from BB&B if possible.

Where should I ship wedding gifts?

Answer

There will be a gift table at the wedding. If choosing to ship, please send to Claire and Grayson's house. However, if shipment arrival time is closer to or after May 27th, please ship to Claire's parents home as Claire and Grayson will be away on their honeymoon.

Greige (Grey/Beige) for the Entire House, Navy Blue Dining Room, Country Blue Kitchen, Plum Purple Master Bedroom, Lavender Grey for Master and Main Bathroom, White and Gold Sprinkled Throughout the House.

Is there transportation from the reception to the hotel?

We have a local Yellow Bus available to go back to the hotel from the reception during 9:30pm to 11:55pm. Reception closes at 11pm.
