On Friday May 19th we will be doing a rehearsal dinner with our close family and bridal party. On Saturday May 20th we will be gathering for a Crawfish boil at a private riverside property that will be great for enjoying some time to play in the river, play yard games, or just chat and catch up with friends and let all of our dogs play! The whole idea here to is have a very fun and relaxed afternoon that will give us the best opportunity to share some time with all of our loved ones. These festivities will start at 11:30 and conclude around 3:30. Feel free to continue to hang if you like or head to your hotel to relax and freshen up. We will head to our mesa ceremony location around 5:45 to enjoy a beautiful ceremony with our friends and family. The ceremony will conclude around 7:00 and we will head back to Scott and Heidi's to dance the night away. We will have pizza, campfires, and s'mores to enjoy! This party will extended into the night feel free to depart at your leisure.

Mountain casual. Please keep in mind that the weather can be a bit unpredictable so plan for it to be a bit cool as sunset approaches. Make sure to bring a layer to keep warm. We highly encourage you to be prepared for sunny conditions with sunglasses as well. Please wear comfortable footwear as most of us will be standing.

As sunset approaches we will be departing the riverside property to head out to our secluded overlook. Due to the ever changing nature of our area we are not sure exactly where this will be yet, but we will make sure that when we depart the crawfish boil that everyone has a GPS pin to follow. We will also do our best to have a convoy out to the location so that everyone makes it there in a timely manner.
