Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Here are the bus times for each hotel: Homewood Suites: 4:00 pm Courtyard by Marriott Newburgh: 4:00 pm Hampton Inn: 3:50 pm Holiday Inn Express: 4:13 pm Return shuttles will run countinously from 10:30pm-12:30am Please reach out with any questions!

Are any of the events outside?
Answer
Depending on weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Please bring a jacket! We will be providing blankets.

As much as we would love to have the munchkins there, we are keeping it to adults only!

There is a lot of parking available at City Winery!

When should we book our hotel?
Answer
Hudson Valley is extremely busy this time of year. Please make your arrangements as soon as possible for the best availability.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is Formal/Black Tie optional.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We only have spaces for the guests listed on your invitation.
