FAQs

The Wedding Website of Grant Davis Strehlow and Alli Cameron Brock
We want our wedding to be as easy breezy as can be! Please see below for answers to questions we thought you might have. If you have any questions outside of these please reach out to the bride or groom.
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 12th, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invitation. Due to limited venue seating we ask that you refrain from bringing a guest if your invitation was only addressed to you.

Question

Are my children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, due to limited venue space, we are having an adults only event. Unless specified on the invitation please leave your children at home.

Question

When should I arrive in NWA?

Answer

Immediate family and bridal party will be arriving Thursday afternoon. Unless otherwise requested, feel free to arrive anytime before the ceremony on Friday.

Question

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins! Once the doors shut they will not reopen until after the ceremony has ended.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is black tie formal. No jeans or above the knee dresses please! All wedding events will take place indoors. Black Tie Men: Tuxedo or suits Women: Formal evening gown or pant-suit *For more details please see ‘Dress Code’ tab.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Both venues will have designated parking spots.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are a lot of great Airbnb/Vrbo options in Northwest Arkansas. We’ve also reserved some room blocks at a few local hotels of varying prices for guests. Please navigate to our ‘Travel’ section for more information.

Question

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “ unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to share pictures out upon request! During the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like. We will have a link that you can upload and share them to.
