Yes, both will be held at Vecoma at the Yellow River. Weather permitting the ceremony will be in the grassy area behind the lodge on the Yellow River. Cocktail hour will be held on the deck overlooking the ceremony site and Yellow River. Lastly, dinner and dancing will be held inside the lodge.
The ceremony will start at 6:00pm, so we suggest you plan to arrive by 5:45pm.
Yes, there is a large parking lot located adjacent to the ceremony and reception site. Cars can be left overnight and it is encouraged to use Lyft or Uber if drinking. Vecoma asks that if you leave a car overnight, you pick it up in the morning before 10am.
Vecoma at the Yellow River has back up locations so everyone is dry. Due to the fluctuating temperatures in October in Georgia, you may want to layer.
We love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are looking forward to seeing everyone in cocktail attire. Please note, the ceremony will be outside on the grass with a flagstone path down the aisle.
We love all your little ones! However due to limited space, we regretfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. Thank you! If you would like to bring your kids for a fun weekend in Atlanta, please ask about babysitting recommendations. We would be more than happy to offer a few names.
Yes, but Florida and Georgia both have a bye weekend! Ole Miss is playing Auburn and except for during the ceremony, checking scores discreetly will be permitted. Hotty Toddy!
