We’re getting married!

Who knew a simple friend request and a little persistence could come to this? Over a year before we had our first date I saw Cevin Christian's name appear on my Facebook. I always saw him liking my posts and I even received a few messages. One day I decided to reply to this handsome looking man. Little did I know that was where our journey would begin. We talked for awhile until he asked if he could come take me on a date. I nervously agreed. On a Thursday evening this man drove the hour and a half from Shelbyville all the way to the little town of Brazil. Keep in mind he had work the next morning, but that did not stop him from making the trip. He picked me up and we went along our way. That evening we talked and rambled on like we had known each other for awhile. The only awkwardness was when I looked at him and had to ask, "Uhh how do I get out of the car?" He had driven his mother's fancy car and I didn't know how to get out. We both just laughed. The day after that first date I can just remember thinking, "This is going to be different." Who knew a guy from Shelbyville would fall for the little ol girl from Brazil? God really knew what he was doing when he brought us both together.
