What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will officially begin at 3:00 pm. We suggest arriving by at least 2:30 pm so you can park and have plenty of time to walk to the church and find your seat. St. Joseph's Chapel is in the middle of Holy Cross's campus so we do want guests to be made aware that there will be a short walk to the chapel which is why we highly recommend coming early!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 20th by clicking the RSVP tab on the home page. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! If you enter Holy Cross through the back entrance off of Mckeon Road onto Loyola Road, there is parking right by the chapel. Once this parking fills, there is plenty more parking up the hill. We suggest entering through the back entrance because this will ensure the shortest walk to St. Joseph's Chapel. The reception at The Chocksett Inn also has a parking lot available for any guests who are not staying overnight at the Double Tree Hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests participate in formal attire. Black tie is welcome, suits and cocktail dresses are suggested.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have opted for an intimate ceremony and reception with only people who are closest with us. We ask that you only follow the names that are formally addressed on the invitation you receive.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we are only able to accommodate the children who are included in our wedding party. Everyone else will be 18 and over, thank you for your understanding!

Is there transportation?

Answer

For those who are staying at the Double Tree Hotel in Leominster, there will be transportation from the hotel to the reception leaving at 5:15 pm. Guests are responsible for getting to and from the ceremony at Holy Cross College. Following the reception, there will be a shuttle running from 10:30 pm to 1:00 am so guests are welcome to stay for the after party as long as they'd like or they are welcome to head back to the hotel as soon as the reception is over.
