Welcome Party Shuttle Schedule

Shuttles from The Woodstock Inn, The Shire, and 506 on The River will be provided on Friday night. If you plan on driving your vehicle, parking is available at The Woodstock Inn Country Club, where the welcome party will occur. Shuttle Schedule Departure Times: The Woodstock Inn Shuttle will promptly begin with the first pick-up at 7:20 p.m. and additional pick-up times from Woodstock Inn at ~8:00 p.m. and ~8:30 p.m. The shuttle will pick up outside the front entrance of The Woodstock Inn. The Shire Shuttle will promptly begin with the first pick-up at 7:20 p.m. and additional pick-up times from The Shire at ~8:30 p.m. The shuttle will pick up outside the front entrance of The Shire. The 506 on The River Shuttle will promptly begin with the first pick-up at 7:20 pm and additional pick-up times from 506 on The River at ~8:30 p.m. The shuttle will pick up outside the front entrance of 506 on The River. Shuttle Return Times: All shuttles will return guests at 10:00 pm. If you prefer to depart before 10 pm, there will be an early shuttle at 9:00 pm.

Wedding Day Shuttle Schedule

There is no parking for personal cars at Kelly Way Gardens, where the ceremony will occur, so we require our guests to please take the shuttles provided. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will occur at Our Lady of the Snows, within walking distance and across the street from The Woodstock Inn. If you are not staying at The Woodstock Inn or The Shire, you are still invited to utilize the shuttles from either location. Please plan accordingly and arrive before departure. Shuttle Schedule Departure Times: The Woodstock Inn Pick-Up Time: Promptly at 3:25 PM The Shire Pick-up Time: Promptly at 3:30 PM The 506 on The River Pick-Up Time: Promptly at 3:25 PM The shuttle will pick up outside the front entrance of each hotel’s lobby. Please be ready a few minutes before the pick-up time. Shuttle Return Times: All shuttles will return guests at 10:00 pm. Shuttles will be available if you'd like to leave earlier than 10:00 pm. If you plan on attending the after-party at Dr. Coburn’s, a shuttle will be available to take you back to the hotels at 11 pm, midnight, and a final shuttle at 1 am.
