We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made to "Your name & Guest" if a plus one is given to you.
Due to limited numbers no kids under the age of 12 will be able to attend. We hope you understand that children are only invited if named or noted on your rsvp. Your invitation will be made out to "Mr. and Mrs" if only you and your significant other have been invited.
Yes we are requesting semi formal dress wear. For the Ladies: Wear knee length or floor length dresses. You can wear flats, heels or your favorite boots. It'll be February so light color dresses. For the gentleman: Button-ups, suit jacket or sport coat with khaki's or jeans. Boots are encouraged as long as you don't tuck them into your jeans.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present throughout the ceremony as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, we will have a 2 minute period where you can take as many photos or videos as you'd like.
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- white, ivories, and creams.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide every guest with transport between lodging and the venue. Luckily, there are plenty of transportation cab services near the venue ( uber, Lyft or private chauffeurs you are able to hire. All hotels and resorts listed are within a 5-30 minute drive from the venue so travel expense should be at a low rate.
The ceremony will be held outside after the ceremony you'll transition into a shaded area for cocktail hour. While the reception will be held inside for a good time.
Our venue will have onsite parking for all guests!
Yes there will be! We will be serving a wide selection for everyone but not for your hangover. Drinks are on us but it's always nice to top your bartenders!
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to the venues policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise.
