Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We request that everyone RSVP’s after receiving their invitation no later than June 10th. This number will help us accommodate seating for you. You can RSVP by clicking the tab in the RSVP section of this website, or scanning the QR code on your invite.

Question

What happens if I dont RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided then it will be marked as “Will Not Attend”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to have a solid count on how many of our guests will be attending due to catering, and seating accommodations.

Question

What happens if I cant make it?

Answer

We will miss you on our big day, but please mark your RSVP as "Will Not Attend". If you have already RSVP’d attending, and find that you can no longer make it, please contact Hoyt at 859-814-6219, or Grace at 859-466-4857.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, But we are asking that guests refrain from bringing kids unless it is clearly outlined on your invitation. We want this to be a much deserved night off for our invited parents! (Please be advised: The venue location is next to open bodies of water and rivers, with no secured railing.)

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation due to the venue. If you receive a plus one, it will be outlined on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. However, due to the location of the venue, we recommend carpooling. Guests cannot leave their vehicles overnight, so please drink responsibly.

Question

Are cellphones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We love our photographer and you will too, please silence and put away all cellphones and cameras during the ceremony. We would like everyone to join us in being fully present during our special day. We will be providing disposable cameras during our reception to certain friends and family to help us capture some of our favorite memories from the day. At the end of the night, we request that those guests that received responsibility for these cameras will return them back to us.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will continue to take photos, and arrive at the reception. We ask guests to enjoy drinks and snacks outside the reception so we can prepare seating. This should take around 30-45 minutes. An announcement will be made when guests can continue to the reception. Thank you for your patience!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be self-serve beer and wine throughout the night, therefore, we ask that everyone drink responsibly and have proper accommodations for the drive home. There will also be sodas, waters, and other beverages available.
