The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm so we suggest arriving around 3:45 at the latest to enjoy a drink and a walk around the venue. The shuttles will depart from Carmel Plaza on the corner of Ocean Ave and Junipero St to bring guests to the venue at 3:00 PM and will drop guests off after the wedding at both 9:00PM and 10:00 PM.
Please RSVP by September 20th at the latest.
The dress code is formal. For women, please wear mid length or long dresses, and for men please wear a suit. We would also recommend avoiding a stiletto heel as we will be on grass. It can get cold at night so please consider bringing another layer!
There is free parking at Bernardus Lodge & Spa, and you are welcome to leave your car overnight, however we would recommend utilizing the shuttle we are providing between downtown Carmel and Bernardus and back. Uber and Lyft can be tricky to get late at night in Carmel Valley.
