Daniel's most beloved part of their first marathon weekend date in Nashville. Stroll around the park and up 12th Ave S for yummy snacks, good coffee, and amazing people-watching! Stop by Burger Up for some yummy food!
Stop by Grace and the girls' favorite breakfast spot for a meaningful meal. Thistle Farms is a nonprofit for women in recovery from alcohol, drugs, and prostitution. In addition to a great breakfast or lunch, they also have great local products!
Grace's grandparents met at Centennial Park, and while it will be a bit chilly, it is a great place to stroll and learn about Nashville's history! Start across the street at Paradiso Coffee (a local favorite nonprofit) and then walk over to the park! Pay the $6 to go into the Parthenon Museum; just make sure to finish your coffee first!
The best place for a tasting and pairing you will find! They do wine and bourbon!
It may be a chain, but it is Daniel's favorite Nashville eatery! Grace loves it too!
Grace says it is the best post-12-hour shift meal there ever was…so does her mom…and so does the matron of honor!! Greasy, smashed, and with those delicious fries and a shake, ugh to die for!
Stop by and order Daniel's classic Vanilla Latte or Grace's treat of a Honey Cinnamon Latte. Nothing you get here is ever bad, in the smallest coffee shop in Nashville!
If you have asked Daniel for Nashville recs then you have likely heard about Patterson House. He love love loves taking friends here!
Ok, ok, ok, we had to put it on here. Whether going "out" is your thing or not, you should definitely take a trip to Broadway!! See a honky-tonk, listen to live music, or just people watch, Broadway is a blast and half. If you go in the middle of the day or at night, take a walk across the pedestrian bridge while you're down there for some classic skyline views.
