What's Happening?

First comes Covid, then comes rescheduling.

I think it's safe to say that this has been the craziest year of most of our lives. This year has changed so many things for each and everyone of us and really taught us to become comfortable with the unknown. With everything happening, Jackson and I had to make the tough decision to postpone. I say tough decision because it's a hard pill to swallow, but the decision part was very easy. We knew that it wouldn't be our wedding if we couldn't celebrate the way we wanted to and love on all of our people. We want to have the opportunity to love on each and every person that is going to be with us and with the way the world is right now, that just is not an option. We hope that all of you continue to be safe, wash your hands, and mark your calendars. It's been a long time coming, but we have finally OFFICIALLY claimed our new date to celebrate on June 26, 2021. We love you so much! Xoxo, The Future Gaido's

our story

first comes school, then comes marriage.

We were fortunate enough to meet very early in high school, but later decided to go separate ways for college. Jackson went off to the University of Alabama while I went to to the University of South Carolina a year later. After a short period of time apart, it was no longer a question. We weren't sure of much in our lives at the time, but we didn't have a single doubt about one thing - we are meant to spend together forever. After four years long distance and a few too many hours on the road, we decided it was time to end that aspect of our relationship. We are now thoroughly enjoying being in the same city again and planning our big weekend. Buckle up, June 26th, we're coming for you!
