Things To Do

Naval Academy

Annapolis, MD

As a civilian, you are able to tour the campus. It's right on the water and a really beautiful place to walk around. Bring a photo ID to get on campus.

Maryland State House

100 State Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401
, (410) 974-3400

This is the oldest U.S. state capitol in continuous legislative use, dating back to 1772. It houses the Maryland General Assembly and the offices of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. It's a quick self-guided tour but a pretty cool step back in time.

Main Street

Main Street, Annapolis, MD 21401

If you're new to Annapolis, take some time to check out the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Stop by the Market House at the end of the street or take a break at one of the many bars/coffee shops around.

Pennsylvania Dutch Farmer's Market

2472 Solomons Island Road, Annapolis, MD 21401
, (410) 573-0770

This is open Thursday-Saturday. Grab yourself the best homemade pretzels and explore a wonderland of food!

Quiet Waters Park

Quiet Waters Park Road, Annapolis, MD 21403

On a nice day, this is a beautiful place to wander around with some trails leading to beautiful vistas of the Chesapeake Bay.

Boatyard Bar & Grill

400 Fourth Street, Annapolis, MD 21403
, (410) 216-6206

Looking for a good crab cake? Head across the bridge to Eastport!

Annapolis Ice Cream Company

196 Main Street, Annapolis, MD 21401
, (443) 714-8674

In case the ice cream bar at the wedding isn't enough, grab some more at one of the many ice cream spots in Annapolis!

Lemongrass

167 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401
, (410) 280-0086

This is Alyssa's favorite restaurant in Annapolis. Delicious thai food!
