Sit back, relax, and leave the driving to us! For your convenience, we will have a shuttle bus meet at the Cambria Charleston Riverview hotel at 3:00pm on Friday, April 19 to transport guests to the wedding venue - the shuttle will depart promptly at 3:45PM. The shuttle will also be available to transport you back from the venue to the hotel at 10pm once our celebrations have come to a close. All guests are welcome to use the shuttle - local or not! If you are local, you may park your car in the Cambria Charleston Riverview parking lot for the duration of the wedding. If you prefer a more private option, we recommend scheduling an Uber or Lyft ahead of time and carpooling with friends and family if possible. We do not recommend waiting until the afternoon or night of the wedding to request a ride as drivers may not be in abundance. **Please keep in mind that Hart Meadows Ranch has a zero-tolerance drinking and driving policy. The parking lot at the venue will be monitored upon guests’ departure to ensure everyone’s safe travels home. If you plan to drink at the wedding, please plan your travels accordingly.**
We would love it if our guests would join us in looking and feeling their best on our wedding day! We kindly request semi-formal or cocktail attire. This means dressing up a bit more than casual, but not quite black-tie formal. Opt for spring dresses, skirts, or dressy pants styled with a stylish top for women, while men can choose suits or dress slacks with a button down shirt and jacket. We kindly ask to refrain from wearing denim, t-shirts, or athleisure clothing. We appreciate your effort to adhere to the dress code and we look forward to seeing everyone look absolutely fabulous!
Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm and we recommend arriving to the venue no later than 15 minutes before the start of ceremony time. There will be light refreshments upon your arrival, so please feel free to arrive a wee bit early to mingle and find a good seat prior to the ceremony. We kindly ask that you plan your travels to the venue accordingly to ensure your prompt arrival.
To ensure everyone has the most immersive experience during our whimsical ceremony, we kindly ask that you turn off and put away your cell phones, cameras, and recording devices. We have hired a photographer and videographer to document our wedding day, so please be thoughtful during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to bust out those cell phones and take as many photos as you want! We want you to have as many beautiful and special memories to hold onto as we will when it's time to party!
Due to limited capacity and to ensure an intimate celebration, we kindly request that only those who have been explicitly named on the invitation bring a guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a meaningful and intimate experience for all our guests.
As much as we would LOVE for you to join us and dance like no one’s watching, we totally understand rump-shaking isn’t for everyone! Lucky for you, our venue has a bocce ball court, a giant chess board, and cornhole. There will be lit fire pits in the evening by the Beach, so you can kick back and relax with some fresh air if moving on the dance floor isn’t your style.
