How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this website under the RSVP tab, or if you are having difficulty please text or call Alison or Jordan to RSVP.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

September 1st, 2023. If your original plans deviate, please let Alison or Jordan know.

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes there is! Please refer to the travel tab for the hotel block information under Hilton Garden. If you cannot find the appropriate information, please contact Jordan or Alison to assist with travel bookings.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you type your name in the RSVP tab it should indicate if you and a guest are allowed to attend the wedding. If there is any confusion please reach out to Jordan or Alison for them to help!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Jordan and Alison are planning on an outdoor ceremony [weather permitting] with an indoor reception.

What kind of weather should I expect?

Answer

Midwest weather can be unpredictable. Typically during early November, highs are between 50-70 degrees F and lows are between 30-40 degrees. With that said, it's best to dress in layers. Feel free to bring a blanket for the ceremony!

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is not a specific dress code but it is highly recommended you wear something weather appropriate for November and attire that will keep you on the dance floor! For the guys, a button up shirt and nice pants works great; for the ladies, a dress, jumper, etc. are all fine! More than anything, Jordan and Ali want you to be comfortable and enjoy the night! If you're wanting to dress in wedding colors, shoot for something that is grey or cinnamon colored.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided for the wedding. There is ample parking for those who feel like driving, or people can opt out for Lyft/Uber but keep in mind service may be spotty at the venue. Please stay safe and default to a ride or carpooling if you plan on drinking.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM so please arrive between 3:30 PM - 3:55 PM to make sure you have time to get seated.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes it is!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes there will be a limited bar available at the wedding! Tips are greatly appreciated for the staff who will be keeping the night flowing!

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the barn or attached rooms; this includes cigarettes/cigars, vape pens, joints, e-cigarettes, etc. If you absolutely need to smoke, there will be a firepit outside that you can stand by but please be respectful to other guests wanting to use the firepit that do not smoke.
