We’re getting married !

Dylan was a friend of a friend that I had grown close with after starting at Ohio Hi point, Addison, who had like me adopted a random locker in the main hallway rather than our assigned locker inconveniently located in the basement because we were juniors we were unaware that meant we were now sharing a hallway with the senior construction class who as you can imagine were very kind and courteous neighbors (not). Regardless being the loyal friend I was I usually waited on Addison to grab her things and finish catching up with her friends from construction (she knew everyone ) however at some point I noticed it wasn’t just her good friend from her home school she was talking too it was also a very quiet very handsome boy as well after some poking and prodding about relationship status and what her opinion was I insisted she introduce us and in what truly was an Addison move she simply walked over to his lunch table which was on the opposite side of the cafeteria let him know someone was interested and after he asked who it was she screamed my name across the room for me to stand up so he could see. Which I did even though I’m positive I was tomato colored as was Dylan. She gave him my number and the rest truly is history !

Other than Dylan and myself we share our home with four furry friends who truly mean the world to both Dylan and I we have two cats, and two dogs. Katie my cat who is the oldest pet. my dad found her in a dumpster in 2012 too young to be separated from her mother after successfully nursing her to health she has remained my faithful shadow (and kind of a diva ) Tigger who is a cat I found at a pet store and fell in love with in 2015 while running an errand with a friend I immediately and confidently started the adoption agreement fully aware that I was a minor which the clerk didn’t even check so my faked bluster was not needed. I plotted how to get him in my house without upsetting my parents I obviously was not thinking I was gonna get that far bc I just kinda rubbed some dirt on him and said I found him paper shelter collar on him still and all! We later found out he’s part manecoon so he grew to be huge with an equally large personality ! Tyrant was the first pet Dylan and I got together in 2017 Dylan had up and decided he was going to get a puppy even though his parents already had a puppy of their own picked out and was waiting to be old enough to bring home even after several fights and disagreements with his family Dylan still went and got the puppy when it turned out that they still didn’t want to have two dogs after Dylan brought tyrant home he began to try and find a new home I however had already become attached to the cutest German Shepard puppy the world truly has ever seen so as he attempted to bring my 8 week old tyrant to some other unfit home I called him sobbing and begged him to bring the dog back to me and that my mother wouldn’t be able to say no directly to his face and this was exactly the case so tyrant lived with and got trained by me and my parents until Dylan and I eventually moved in together in 2018 which is when tyrant confirmed that Dylan was his best friend and there were no others (sigh) Jaxon was hatched in 2021 and was Dylan’s attempt at satisfying my love for massive dogs (which he is indeed) he’s an American Akita and really he’s my first impression of the breed which I gather isn’t at all like Jaxon he is a gentle giant who loves to chase butterflies and make new friends he doesn’t bark much but occasionally he will howl and is overall just a giant fluffy goofball from zoomies to his hatred of socks and sleeves he’s always got us guessing and that’s how he likes it !
