We're Getting Married!

Our story began back in November of 2014. We were both going to school at Northern Michigan University. Justin was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and Taryn was a newly initiated member of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. It was the night of Phi Sigma Sigma’s fall initiation that we met. A pajama themed party was being thrown at one of the fraternity houses to celebrate the newly initiated members. We met at a pre-gathering at a mutual friend’s apartment. We exchanged a few flirty glances at one another while playing some games and we laughed since we were both being super competitive with one another. Once we all left for the pajama party, we didn’t see each other for a majority of the night. As the night was dying down, we bumped back into each other. Taryn was wearing batman boxer shorts so Justin, hating batman, had to ask why Taryn was wearing those. Taryn responded that she actually really disliked batman but didn’t have pjs to wear and had to buy some before the party. It was all target had left and they had a cape so she decided to get them. Justin claims this is the moment he knew Taryn was the one. We left the party and headed to Justin’s fraternity house with a few others. While everyone else continued the party, we sat on the stairs and got to know each other. Some flirtatious banter was exchanged back and forth, we traded numbers at the end of the night and the rest is history.
