When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVPs are due no later than February 1, 2025. April is an extremely busy time in Lexington and hotels will sell out and/or have extremely high rates. If you are planning to attend, the couple recommends reserving your accommodations as soon as possible.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a strict guest list due to capacity limitations. Only those listed on your invitation will be accommodated.

While the couple loves kiddos, these will be adults only events due to capacity limitations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Details for the dress code are listed below. Please save white for the wedding couple throughout the weekend's events. Welcome Party (Friday): Casual Attire - anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Ceremony and Reception (Saturday): Cocktail Attire - wear cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. Tailgate Brunch and Keeneland (Sunday): Garden Attire - wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. Jeans are permitted.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Doors will open for seating at 4:00 PM, and will close promptly at 4:30 PM when the ceremony begins.

Where should I park?

Answer

For the ceremony and reception, paid parking is located directly across the street from Harper Hall at 168 North Upper St., Lexington, KY 40507. There is also paid parking located at 221 West Short St., Lexington, KY 40507.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The couple appreciates you refraining from taking photos and silencing your cell phone during the ceremony. Franzetti Photography is going to capture the special moments of the ceremony. Taking photos during the cocktail hour and reception is encouraged.

Where should I sit?

Answer

For the ceremony, there are not assigned sides of the aisle. For the reception, there will be specific table assignments, which will be on display during the cocktail hour.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

No, there will not be a shuttle service from the hotels to the ceremony and reception. Lyft and Uber are readily available in Lexington for rides to and from the weekend events. Please refer to the "Travel" page for hotels located within walking distance to Harper Hall.

What will the weather be like in April?

Answer

The weather in Lexington is unpredictable, and it can range between 40F and 80F, therefore packing layers is recommended. The Welcome Party and the Ceremony/Reception are located indoors. The Keeneland Tailgate is outdoors and will take place rain or shine.
