The ceremony and reception will both be held at Little Piney Lodge located at : 19 Little Piney Ln, Hermann, MO 65041
No. This will be an 18+ event. While we love all our friends and family including the little ones, our wedding will not be appropriate for children. We invite those with little ones to use our wedding as a child-free night out.
Semi- Formal. We also have included a whole tab for the dress code - but to sum up we invite all guests to dress in all black and keep in mind that the ceremony and part of the reception will be outside (weather permitting). We also kindly ask for no denim.
Have you met us? Of course there will be drinks! We will have an open bar consisting of beer, wine, 2 signature cocktails, and most liquors/mixes. We do ask that you bring some cash to tip our wonderful bartenders who will be serving you all night!
In order to get the party started as early as possible (let's be real, that's the main reason you are here), dinner will be served to guests directly following the ceremony while the bridal party is doing photos. Sugarfire BBQ will be catering with a menu of brisket, pulled chicken, mac&cheese, and cheesy hash brown casserole. Vegetarian option available upon request.
Due to the size of the venue and their guest capacity - dates and plus ones will be limited. When the formal invitations get sent out there will be a space on the bottom to RSVP for the number of guests included on that invitation.
The ceremony will start at 4pm. Guests can start arriving at 3pm and no later than 3:30pm to ensure everyone is seated prior to the ceremony. Dinner will be served immediately following the reception instead of the “typical” cocktail hour. Reception will begin as soon as the bride and groom are done with photos!
There is onsite parking at Little Piney Lodge. Most hotels in the Hermann area also have shuttles to and from the venue as well if you are planning on staying local.
The deadline to RSVP was September 15th. We understand life happens and sent out a few reminders. SugarFire needed a number 30 days before the event so they could prepare! If you are still wanting to attend we do still have space available but can not guarantee a meal since final numbers have already been given.
