Although we technically met in 7th grade when Becca's childhood best friend, Jaimie, made a new best friend, Freddie, our friendship didn't fully develop until our Junior year of high school in gym class. Becca impressed Freddie with her softball skills and Freddie impressed Becca with his charm. That spring consisted of what felt like countless laughter-filled weekends at Freddie's house, including the memorable food themed parties. The biggest and best one being the infamous taco party, where we made the pledge to be best friends from the first taco to the last.

We planned a hiking weekend in Wilkes Barre, PA and while Becca enjoyed each waterfall along the hiking trail, little did she know that Freddie was patiently waiting for the perfect moment to make it official. That moment came after a picturesque hike and quiet picnic, we found a secluded area around Lake Jean and the box popped open.
