Please continue to check back for more information! We're working on this and appreciate your patience! Please note all guests should be prepared with a government-issued ID (such as a driver's license) to gain entry to the Naval Academy. More information regarding transportation to and from USNA to follow. Guests should also be aware that the Naval Academy is an active military base and no firearms, outside alcohol, or drugs are permitted on the grounds.
For welcome drinks, we ask that our guests dress in cocktail attire/cocktail casual. Per club policy, no athletic wear, flip-flops, sneakers, or jeans are allowed. Gentlemen are not required to wear jacket/tie. For the wedding day, the reception will take place outside on the Eastport Yacht Club lawn. EYC is located on the Severn River directly across from USNA. The entire reception will be held outside under a tent. Please keep shoe choices in mind when considering celebrating on the lawn! Ladies, long or short dresses are fine. Gentlemen, think business attire- sport coats, suits, ties optional (not black tie). Military members are welcome to wear their uniforms to any of our wedding celebrations.
Accommodations at the Navy Lodge and Navy Gateways are available to active duty, reservists, retirees, NAF, DoD civilians or sponsored guests.
Please see the travel section for information about hotel blocks. Continue to check back for information about shuttles to and from the ceremony and reception.
We understand a lot of our friends and family have little ones and while we'd love to include everyone in the celebrations, our ceremony and cocktail hour venue is not kid friendly and the reception venue is on the water and we feel it is the best option to leave the kids at home. If you need to travel with your children, we understand, please reach out and let us know what we can do to help!
