What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. Please plan ahead as Saturday afternoon traffic can be unpredictable in Atlanta, and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm!

Is there a dress code?

Yes. This will be a black tie, formal affair.

Are kids welcome?

No. This will be an adults-only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Free parking validation will be provided for the parking garage attached to Southern Exchange Ballrooms: 150 Carnegie Way, Atlanta, GA 30303. The Skybridge to Southern Exchange Ballrooms is located on level 6 of the parking garage.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be mailed out in May and RSVP's will be due by July 4th. Security will check the guest list for entry into the venue, so it will be very important to RSVP if you plan to attend!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one, this will be reflected in your RSVP. If any discrepancies, reach out to Brianna or Tralon prior to the RSVP deadline of July 4th as individuals not on the final guest list will not be granted entry into the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You will be able to select your preferred meal and alert us of any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.
