Glacier International Airport in Kalispell, MT is about a half hour away from the park & wedding venue.

The alpine section of Going-to-the-Sun Road typically closes for the winter around the third Monday of October, but this can happen earlier due to wintery weather. Glacier National Park is home to both grizzly & black bears. October is a very active time of year for both species.
