What type of attire should I wear?

What is the layout of the ceremony location?

Answer

Our ceremony site is an outdoor location approximately 200 ft from the main event hall. Please wear accommodating shoes for walking the grassy path from main hall to ceremony site. Transportation will be available for guests with mobility issues.

Is the reception hall climate controlled?

Answer

Yes. Air conditioned in the summer, it also has a grand wood burning fireplace for spring, fall and winter, should weather be permitting. We also have a large 900 square foot covered front porch over-looking the pond, lined with wood rocking chairs.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are part of the bridal party, we will be distributing a timeline two weeks before the wedding. If you are a guest, you will need to arrive no sooner than 45 minutes before, and no later than 10 minutes before.

What are the parking arrangements?

Answer

Reflections at the Pond will have parking attendants as you enter the location. If you need assistance getting to the ceremony site, be sure to let the parking attendants know upon arrival.

Is the ceremony site in a sunny open field?

Answer

No. Our ceremony site is shaded underneath the cover of two expansive oak trees. It is also on the banks of a 3 acre natural pond which creates a nice warm breeze.

Can I take pictures of the wedding ceremony and reception and post on social media?

Answer

Our Ceremony is an unplugged ceremony, we request you enjoy our ceremony and be fully engaged. However, we love seeing your photos on social media. Be sure to hashtag Reflections at the Pond on posted photos. What about Coronavirus?

Reflections at the Pond and White Laurel Design, Co staff are very sensitive with the health and wellness of you, your family, and guests. With that said, we will be taking enhanced measures to ensure our venue sanitation is top priority during your time at Reflections. Staff will be wearing masks when indoors or near food and drinks.
