Question

What's the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline to do so?

Answer

Please RSVP online via the QR code provided in your invites. The deadline to RSVP is September 1st.

Question

Are there any styles or colors you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Semi-formal wear; dress with a variety of colorful and elegant colors in mind. The more colorful, the better! Keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, and the cocktail hour will be held semi-indoor and semi-outdoor, so dress appropriately.

Question

What time should guests arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive about 5-10 minutes prior to the ceremony to make sure they have enough time to find and take their seats at the church.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held inside the church, and cocktail hour will be held in the front foyer of the gallery with doors open to the outdoor portion of the estate. The reception will take place indoor within the gallery.

Question

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1:00 P.M. and end at 2:00 P.M. Cocktail hour will follow around 3:00 P.M. and end around 3:50 P.M. AN hour is given between the ceremony and cocktail hour to give guests an hour to take a breather and commute to the reception venue, which is about 20-30 minutes from the ceremony venue. Dinner will begin around 4:30 P.M. The reception is lined to end at 8:00 P.M. Guests can continue to hang around on reception venue property past 8:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. Guests must leave the premise by 10:00 P.M. Note: Timeline is an estimate and may be subject to change.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is an open grass parking lot right across the street from the reception venue for guests to park at (look for "Event Parking" sign). Note: The driveway path to the reception building is quite long, so drivers are welcome to drop off those who may get easily tired or have trouble walking at the entrance of the building.

Question

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert. Note: Guests with any dietary restrictions or allergies should take pre-caution.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes!

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take pictures! Just please make sure to turn off your flash and silence your phone for the ceremony.

Question

What's your wedding hashtag?

Answer
