Kat spent four years (and Chris spent many weekends) exploring Princeton's campus and town, and it's only 25 minutes from the venue. You could walk campus and see where Kat and Chris got engaged under Bloomberg Arch; enjoy ice cream from The Bent Spoon, Halo Pub, or Thomas Sweet; see a show at the McCarter Theatre Center; the list goes on. Not to mention, there's no shortage of great places to eat: We suggest grabbing a reservation at La Mezzaluna (Italian) or getting food to-go from Olives Deli & Bakery for a picnic on the green in Palmer Square.
We are just a train ride away from the city where you can explore the parks, see a Broadway show, enjoy museums on every topic, shop until you drop, and eat any cuisine under the sun. We highly recommend walking on the High Line, grabbing last-minute show tickets (Hadestown and Six are just a couple of our current favorites), and checking out museums off the beaten path (Kat likes Fotografiska). And we have endless restaurant suggestions, but the front-runners are Supertaste (a hole-in-the-wall dumpling place in Chinatown), Ollie's (delicious sit-down Sichuan), and Pure Thai (a tiny spot known for noodles). And you can't go wrong with NYC pizza and bagels. For dessert, try the key lime at Little Pie Company or the watermelon slush at Vivi Bubble Tea.
